My Page Setup and Properties is missing from the File
drop down menu. How do I get this back on the drop down
menu?

Go to the Tools menu, click Customize, select the Commands tab, under the Categories list - select File, the Page Setup and
Properties tools should be in the Commands list on the right hand side.
Click on the file menu of Word so it drops down. You can now drag and drop tools from the Commands list up into the menu.
