Word Pagination on the Toolbar

Forgive me if this has been asked before. My question is how to re-sync the
page numbers for a Word document, specifically on the Toolbar at the bottom.
The basis for this is to accurately print a sequence of pages within a Word
document. For example, my word doc may say Page 1 Sec 1 1/61. If I add
or delete a page from the original document, the Page number will not be in
sync with the 1/61 number. (ie. is may say Page 6 when it is actually 9/61.
This causes problems when trying to print a sequence of pages. Any advise
would be appreciated.

It is listed that way because you have more than 1 section. To work around
this when printing, try highlighting just the pages you want to print, then
in your printer functions, print selection. However, this will NOT print your
headers and footers. Another way is to print current page, but I understand
how cumbersome that can be!

When a document contains more than one section, you must include the section
number along with the page number when printing. See the "Print specific
pages and sections" portion of the "Print a document" Help topic and/or
