Word paste unformatted text shortcut

This is a common question, but I'm wondering if there's a backend code that
can be used like "wdPasteText" or "xlPasteValues".
The Alt e s option is actually Alt e s u Enter - 5 keys.
I don't like the idea of this being at the expense of undo, so is there a
way of making a command buttton for a toolbar instead? Or a Toolbar button
which activates the likes of "wdPasteText".
Otherwise what about a shortcut that can access the Paste Options drop down
after the paste?

This is actually a Mac Word group, and I strongly suspect you are on
Windows?
But here, these macros should work anyhow:

They don't catch errors, but that's never been a problem for me. You can
put any macro on a toolbar or assign a keyboard shortcut.
