Word Perfect/Word-HELP!!

J

Jenna

I just recently purchased a new computer that came
installed with Word Perfect (Microsoft Office 11).
However, I need Microsoft Word for documents in school.
Is there a converter I can download or do I have to buy
an edition of Word to install? Any help?

Thank you!

Word Perfect is NOT Microsoft Word. If you want Microsoft Word, you will
need to purchase it. The best deal is purchasing Office Standard.

Dell by chance?
If you need Microsoft Word,
Students and Teachers can purchase a copy of Office 2003 {with Word} for approx. $149.00. Or if at a University the school usually has a volume license Office product at very reasonable pricing for students.
If you have Word Perfect files there is a converter for this to Word {2003} at this URL;

WordPerfect always provided access to Microsoft Word documents;
WordPerfect Office 11 is no different: it reads _and writes_ Microsoft
Word documents. I strongly suggest you read

You don't need Microsoft Word; in fact, no-one does.
