Word, Powerpoint, and Excel crashing

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

This is really weird. Everything has been working just fine for the past 8 months that I have owned this software. However, starting on Monday whenever I use primarily Word & Powerpoint it freezes after I use it for about 5 minutes or less. This happens just out of the blue. Its not like I keeping doing the same thing. My Entourage has been working okay, but it has randomly froze occasionally. Both my Mac Software Updates and Office Updates are completely up to date. Thanks for any advice.

Did you install the Safari 4 beta? This has caused all sorts of problems for
Entourage users. See this article on how to uninstall.
