Word Print Views

Hi,

I've configured my form to include a Word Print View that I designed with
the InfoPath-to-Word Wizard.

1) For some reason, the Print View is always set to a paper size of A3, and
no margins. I checked my Print View file I create in Word and it has margins
and the page size set properly.

Is there somewhere in InfoPath I need to configure in order to have my Print
View appear correctly?

2) Is there a way to print the Word Print Views I created for my form? I've
been trying to find a way to print it from within InfoPath to see what it
looks like.
