Word Printer Settings

I have a user that has made setting changes and screwed up the way word looks
at printer trays on the printers. When ever I open up an exsisting document
and go to page setup then the paper tab, the the first page and the Other
pages are both set to print to the Default tray (Manual Feed) when every
other computer I look at is set to Default tray (Auto Select) So my question
is how do I get that computer back to recognizing the Default tray as (Auto
Select)?? The printer is setup properly. It's a network printer..

Thanks,
Jason

Sneak up to that user's machine in the dead of night and change the
page set-up in their normal template.

That is, if it is just going wrong on new docs that user creates.

Yeah I've already done that.. It's not a problem for new docs anymore.. Just
exsisting ones.

Thanks Though

Heh! Then all you need is to hit page set-up on those guys before you
save 'em. If you have a gazillion of them, think Applescript.

What I don't understand is why the Default tray says Default tray (Manual
Feed)
When it should say Default tray (Auto Select)
I'm sure it's something easy I'm missing here..
Everything seems to be set right.

In the print dialog? in the checkbox starting with copies and pages,
look for paper feed.
If you have already been there, make sure you don't have a paper size
that only can be fed from the manual tray.

Sometimes these things can be *too* helpful.

What flavour of printer?
Maybe someone here has the same kind.
