Word Printing

When printing to an HP 5000 printer I cannot print tabloid size / 11 x
17. Other applications such as Quark will print and Word will print
other sizes . Any thoughts?

See if HP offers an updated Printer Driver for that Printer.

Word obtains the paper sizes for a printer from the driver for that printer.

Make sure you are formatting the Word document for that specific printer.
If you format for "Any Printer" Word has no idea what paper sizes the
printer can handle.
