Word prints all of the characters of the line into the left most c

Word 2003 running on a Terminal Server merge every character of every line on
the page into the left most character of the line. This only happens to some
of the users. You end up with each line looking like a large black block.

This is the symptom of a printer driver error. Try switching between Page
Layout and Print Preview views to see if that resolves it. Otherwise switch
printers. Also make sure that the printer drivers are up to date.
