Whenever I open a new Word document two sentences of words
are always already on the page. This means I have to
constantly delete these words in order to have a clean
page. Any ideas why this is happening?
Thanks.

Have you guys tried opening normal.dot and check if the exact sentence may
be located there?

I would assume that that's what your normal template looks like now and I
assume that if you opent it up and erase those two lines and then save the
document (normal.dot again) it will not show up anymore.

Again the quicker way might be just to delete normal.dot and word will
recreate a new one (only do this if you don't have any custom templates).

I hope that was the solution
