I am having problems with composing new messages in Outlook, using Word
2003. I have been having this problem for a while, sporadically, even when I
was using older versions of Office (2000).
In particular, when Im typing along, composing a new message, ocaasionally
the keyboard mapping seems to go wrong. I may type an 's' and it comes out
an 'o'. This applies to most keystrokes. In other applications, Excel,
Notepad, etc the mapping is OK. So the conclusion is that the problem is
with Word.
Even so, I have replaced the keyboard. I have talked to Dell and they dont
have a clue.
Has anyone encountered something like this?
Thanks is advance
