In Word there are "Filename" and "Filename and path" AutoText entries that
insert the appropriate information (which is just a { FILENAME } or {
FILENAME \p } field). These AutoText entries are in the Header/Footer style,
so they are available from the AutoText menu on the Header and Footer
toolbar (which is displayed when you are editing the header or footer), but
you can also access them through Insert | AutoText | Header/Footer. Or you
can use Insert | Field to insert the fields or key them in manually by
pressing Ctrl+F9 to insert the field braces (you can type them from the
keyboard), then type "FILENAME" or "FILENAME \p" between them (F9 to update
and toggle the field display).

I'm converting from WP to Word. In WP there is an icon on the toolbar
which adds the path file to the document so that when you have the hard copy
you can easily determine where it is located. I presume Word has something
similar but I can't seem to locate it. Can you help me?
