Hi everybody,
I work for a large company wiwth several locations. My boss asked me if I
can find a word processing job management software , which can keep track of
submitted jobs to WP and allow users to submit their jobs possibilly in a
browser based interface , and supervisors can get several reports like what
are the jobs that are still pending or dinished jobs and ....
Now we use Outlook for submitting the jobs a replying to them but it's not
easy to manage hundreds of jobs per day just using outlook
I would appreciate if everyone can give me some suggestions and introduce me
to a saftware that does something similar

A Google search would be more productive than posting a non-Outlook question
here.

Google search didn’t give me useful results. If my question were about new
species just found in Tanzania you are right and that’s not Outlook related.
The software I’m looking for can be an Outlook addin , plus many people who
visit this newsgroup can provide me with useful information. I think it’s
always better not to say anything when we don’t know the answer than say
something nonsense. Your reply reminds me the school years when some
students were increasing the margin of the paper and font size and paragraph
spacing to fill the minimum requirement for the essays , because either they
were too lazy or simply not capable of writing 5-6 pages paper. There are
many extremely knowledgeable MVPs in MS newsgroups who really help users . I
think MS and Users community owes them a lot , but unfortunately there are a
few who prefer to just fulfill the minimum requirements of certain number of
replies , for the reasons mentioned above !

Why would it be?

Most people here would have done a google just like you did.......and got
the same answers. Unless they personally knew of an application, but it IS
fairly esoteric...

It's a good thing, then, that I'm in the former group and not the latter.
