Word program Mail merge won't work with my Millenium OS, does any.

I have the Millenium edition of Windows on my home computer. I have tried
several times to install Office 2000 Professional. It installs just fine but
I do not get the Mail Merge function to appear on the Tools menu. I have the
exact same Office 2000 Professional, from the exact same disks at my office
with the Windows 98 SE, and the Mail Merge function is there and works fine.
Is it my Millenium edition? Anyone have any suggestions? Sure would like to
get this mystery solved.

Nothing to do with Windows Millenium Edition.

From the Tools menu, select Customize, then go to the commands tab and under
the Tools category, you should be able to locate the Mailmerge command. Now
open the Tools menu again and click on the Mailmerge command and drag it
onto the menu.

If you can find the command under the Tools category, it WILL be under the
All Commands category.

Try also tools > customize > options > check always show full menus.
