Word Reconfigures Every Time

After reinstalling Office 2007 every time I open an Office doc or open a new
Office doc the configuration box appears and I have to wait for it to finish.
I don't know why this happens every time, no matter what. Thanks.

Strange, isn't it? I have the problem with Excel and Word but not with
PowerPoint. To speed up the process, I just Cancel the configuration.
Word/Excel opens properly.
