We use Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office 2003.
The boss has created a document in Word with 4 versions (we do versions
using Worldox). He sent his most recent version to the client. The client
made changes using Word's reviewing features and sent him back a redline
version. He would like to make that redline version the 5th version of his
previously save document. He would then like to accept some changes and
reject other changes, using Word's internal features, then send that back to
the client.
We have tried "Select All" and "Copy" in the client's version then opening
his latest version and "Select All" then "paste", but it doesn't transfer
any of the redline tags. Is there a way to do this?
