I found a consistent way to make MS Word go into a repagination loop
and hog CPU.
MS Word:mac 11.3.0 (also happens on 11.2.6 and perhaps earlier)
Mac OS X 10.4.8 PPC (Mac G4 cube 1.25GB with 1.2GHz Sonnet cpu)
Document contains a table.
Table first row has 'heading rows repeat' set on.
A cell in this header row has multiple paragraph marks.
Track Changes is on
Deleted text is displayed as hidden
Delete a paragraph mark in the header row cell which has multiple
paragraph marks.
MS Word start to bump up the number of pages, consumes 70%-90% CPU.
Sometimes I have to Force Quit.
Other times I can click 'Track Changes' (toolbar or status bar at
bottom of document) in time to stop it.
