Hi Tom:
We don't have enough information yet to be able to answer that.
I suspect she has a problem with her headers and footers, or possibly she
has a row duplication problem in a table.
Ask her to appear in here and tell us how she is formatting that paper.
I need to know what approach she is using (Styles? Columns? Section
Breaks? Tables?) and whether she is using running headers and footers, or
whether she is using Footnotes/Endnotes, and if she is using footnotes and
endnotes whether she is using any other applications to produce those.
In the meantime, she should apply the 11.3.3 updater to her copy of Word,
just so we know she's right up to date.
Cheers
My daughter is using Word 2004, v 11.2 for Mac. Writing a long paper.
She's finding some repetition of words at the ends of some pages and
the beginnings of the next pages. If she tries to erase one set, both
disappear. They duplicate both on the screen and in print.
