Word scrolling problem

Greetings,

While scrolling 300page word document ( not created by me) at some pages it
jumps to page No 1. I have deleted all the book marks. Still the problem
persists. How to identify and resolve this problem?

OS windows XPSP2 and Word 2002(10.2627.3501)SP-1

You'll probably get a better response if you post in a Windows Word
group rather than a Mac Word group. Perhaps:

microsoft.public.word.application.errors
