Word SDK for creating Word docs with no Office installed?

I need to be able to create a Word document from .NET and/or ASP
without having to have Word installed on the machine. I know that
Office Tools requires Office to be installed. Anyone know of a third
party or MS SDK that will do what I need? Thanks in advance.
