Miss Prissy Grandma

I have a customer with a donated computer. They have PowerPoint, Excel, and
Publisher installed, but not Word and Outlook. Is there a way I can detect
the serial number for the other programs? They do not have the licenses
numbers, but I believe that it is a legitimate installation. The previous
users were using WordPerfect. Thanks.

Depending on the versions installed, perhaps. Post the installed version of
Excel, for example, and someone can tell you.
