Word Shortcut Keys grabbed by other installations

Hi

I use the AltGR keys a lot for things like accented letters.
Sometimes programs grab these keys for procedures like Uninstal.

I can't find which program has done the grabbing, and I don't know a way to
free up the shortcut.

Can anyoine help ??
