Word should allow merging of Pictures like other data

As a realtor, I would like to have the ability to merge neighborhood address
data onto envelopes along with pictures of addressee's home on the envelope.
It would help to keep the addressee's attention and have more success for
them to open the mail and look inside. I am using Office 2002.
