Word should keep the last clicked button active in the Find and R.

In previous versions (I'm using 11.5604.5606), after finding what to be
replaced, one could click Replace, and then press Enter for each additional
replacement. Now (I think/hope it's a bug), only the Find Next button remains
active and I must use either the mouse again or the keyboard shortcut (Alt+R)
for repetitive actions.

I would like to see the option of repetative actions returned to the Find
and Replace dialog.
