word shuts down when creatin online form

i am using word 2002 (with windows xp) and am trying to create an online
form. word repeatedly shut down in the process. i tried rebooting -- but this
didn't solve the problem. i tried rewriting the form, but end up in windows
shutting down, especially once i added a check box or text field. -- any help
most welcome!

Your shift key seems to be broken - so a new keyboard will help. For the
other problem, try cleaning out your computer following the FAQ linked
