Word simply can't tell -

The Word couldn't be recover and restart at all. It keeps pop-up the
window saying Microsoft Error Reporting and when I checked the
"Recover my work and restart Microsoft Word" and click the bottom of
"Don't send", it went completely insane and just won't open.

I'd Microsoft Office 2004 removed and reinstalled, it still keeps the
same problem, and other applications went open well.

Can someone tell me what to do? BYW, it's powerbook G3 running OS
10.2.8.
