Word spell checking

Michael

Hi,

I'm worikng with a document in Word 2003. When I check the spelling,
I'm told that "Sections marked 'Do not spell check' were skipped". I
want it to check everything. How can I find and remove these "Do not
spell check sections".

BTIA
Michael..

Select everything, choose Tools - Language - Set Language, and clear the Do
Not Check Spelling or Grammar checkbox. It's probably grayed, indicating
that this setting is applied to some, but not all, of the selection. FWIW...
this setting gets turned on sometimes when copying/pasting text into a Word
document from a non-Word source.

Please refer to the Herb's suggestion to see whether it will work for you.

1. Select everything in Word document.

2. Select Tools - Language - Set Language, clear "Do Not Check Spelling or
Grammar" checkbox.
