Word start up only in Safe Mode

When I am trying to start Word, it gives the option for an error message,
starts a recovery process and start up only in safe mode. It happens only
with one user.

Detect and Repair on the help menu did not work, and opening Word with CTR
did not help as well.
Any suggestion to fix it will be appreciated.

Terry,
I can start up with winword.exe /a. But can not find the Normal.dot template
on my system to change the name. I have tryied the search option as well.

It is a hidden/system file: you need to check the option to see Hidden Files
and System Files in Explorer before you can find it.
