word starts only in safe mode!

Hi, Word XP starts only in safe mode.
The first message I got: Word failed to start correctly
last time. Starting Word in Safe mode will help you
correct or isolate a startup problem in order to
successfully start the program. Some functionality may be
disabled in this mode. Do you want to start Word in safe
mode?

If I go for yes, Word open in safe mode only, by asking
in small window: Please enter your full name and initials
below. This information will be used in Office workgroup
features, Name: Administrator, Initial A. If click on Ok,
Word open in safe mode. If I click on No, Word closes.

I remove Office xp and reinstall it. There was no
change, Word start in safe mode.

Any help would be appreciated.
