Word suddenly won't open any docs

Installed the student/teacher version about 2 weeks ago and everything
has been fine. All of a sudden 2 days ago Word will not open any
documents. I can start a new document but not open an existing one.
Any ideas?

How are you trying to open them?

If using File | Open, what happens? Make sure that Enable is set to all
documents.

If using double-click on the icon, you may need to reset the file
associations. Select a Word doc, do a Get Info (cmd-I), go down to Open
With, select Word 2004, and click Change All. If you recently installed an
update, that *might* be the issue.
