word table error message

I have a document with many word tables, small & large.
When I open the document I get the following message:
"A table in this document has become corrupted. to recover
the contents of the table; select the table and choose
Convert Table to Text from the Table menu"
I did what instructions said, converted all tables to
text, then saved doc and still got the same message upon
opening up again. I also did auto format on each table,
still got the same message.
Any suggestions?

I am getting the same message and have done the same
things as you. How did you fix it?

I'm getting the same error.
I had deleted some tables I did not need and now I get this error. It looks
like the doc is fine except for this error when I open it.
Any solutions yet?
