Word Tabloid Size Page

I have Word 2000 - I know I can't do a document in Tabloid Size. Well, I can
choose a custom document, put in 11 x 17, but the margins won't allow me to
go out to 1" margins all around.

Any other suggestions? Does the Word 2003 upgrade allow me to do that?

Hi, Nancee,

This works for me...so do you think it's perhaps an issue with your printer
driver? Could you try updating to a more recent printer driver for your
printer?

Do you have a printer connected and selected that can handle tabloid size?

In my case, I have one shared on a network computer. With a standard
printer selected in Word 2K, tabloid is not available, custom sizing to
11x17 gives a page, but, as in your case, the margins are limited to a
printable area of 8.5x11.

When I selected the tabloid capable printer, no paper sizes are available
other than custom (that's weird, might be because printer not actually
turned on), but, when 11x17 is set, I can have whatever margins I choose.

So it seems to be a limitation caused by printer (driver), not Word per se.
