Word Template fill-in fields

Hi all,

I wonder if someone can help me with a Word Template question

I am trying to add a "fill-in" field that reads something like "Click here
to add title" so that when users click on it the whole text dissapear and
they can enter whatever text is needed. I believe this is pretty standard in
templates.

Have tried Ctrl + F9 and it creates a <field> but when I click on it, the
text does not disappear i.e. user has to delete it first and then type in the
new text.
