Word Template for Project Status

I'm trying to use a drop-down form box that has "green","yellow", and "red"
as options and have the color of the text change based on the text.
Unfortunately, I can't find a way to change the font for these text items.
Can you help?

Looks like this:

Project Status: Green (want the text to be green)
