Word Template on start up

I

Ian Morrin

Hi,

When ever I start word and select new blank document word always opens a
file that was previously created. It is like the previous document has been
saved as the default blank document.

I have looked everywhere and don't seem to be able to find where the blank
document file is stored. I have dumped the Microsoft office pref's in the
trash but this still dosn't seem to work.

Anyone got any ideas??

Mac OSX with MS Office 2004

Thanks

Ian

It is EXACTLY like that. You've saved something to your Normal template
(filename: Normal), which is stored in the

~:Documents:Microsoft User Data

folder (where ~ is your home directory). With Word closed, delete that
file.
