Fill-in Form General Questions

1. I want the "Select One" option in a drop box in a form to show in Italic
Font and the other choices in regular font? Can I do that?

2. Similar to the question above, I want the default text in a text form
field to show in Italic and when the user types the answer to show in regular
font

3. I have a date field that shows in Bold after I type in a new date even
though Bold is not selected for that field
