Word template won't tab in order

I have created a word template for customers to fill out should they have a
complaint. Where i would like for them to enter data ex. name, complaint,
etc. I inserted a insert text field from the legency tools as well as a data
picker from the control box. When i save the template so that the users can
only fill in those areas that are in grey it works great. The problem that i
am having is that when i hit the tab button on the computer once it goes to
the first date picker the tab button goes out of order and only goes to the
rest of the date pickers and is skipping the others fields that need to be
filled out. What am i doing wrong?

I do not think that you are doing anything wrong (other than mixing two
technologies). They will have to use the mouse to select the intervening
FormFields
