word template

Hi there,

My normal template is screwed up. it starts off by making the white
page to the left of the screen instead of centered and makes it so i
view multiple pages (when there is more than 1 page) at a time instead
of just 1 page at a time. i can correct it temporairly by zooming from
100 to 111% but it used to work at 100% and it was centered to the
screen. I installed office 2007 hoping it would correct the problem,
but it did not. I also tried copying an old 2003 template and that did
not work either. If you could give me a quick simple fix, that would
be great.

close down word.
Using explorer find the Normal.dot file and delete it.
restart Word and you will have a new Normal.dot
