Word templates for reports

I will be preparing a report that summarizes results of a survey. I imagine
the body of the report will include 15 to 25 pages of discussion. The report
will also include appendices with approximately the same number of pages or
more.

I would like to use a report template similar to ones found in PowerPoint.
The template would include a thematic background. It would also include
uniform header styles. Perhaps it would also include a uniform layout, i.e.
columns, paragraph styles, etc.

Does anyone know of where I can locate such templates, preferably in a
shareware version.

However, considering that only you truly know what you want and need, I
doubt you will find anything "pre-packaged" that will fit the bill
perfectly. I suggest you make your own. It's not terribly hard to do, and if
you run into problems, you know where to come for help. ;-P
