HELP!

I'm struggling with creating letterhead templates and
headers and footers. Can't seem to eliminate the header
from the second page without deleting it from the first.

Deb,

If you want a different header to appear from the first or
subsequent pages, you must separate them using section
breaks (e.g., Insert | Break: Next Page, etc.). After you
insert the break, you can get the headers and footers that
you want to appear different using the Different first
page option, accompanied by using the unlink button to
disassociate the header from the previous.

While your in your 2nd page header, click on the "same as
previous" icon and then delete the content in the page 2
header.

I always just set my page setup - layout to different first page, then on
the first page use the Advance Field and choose the down option and enter
however many points needed to place the text below the letterhead.

Then force a page break, enter the header/footer details on the 2nd page,
next delete the page break. The same header/footer will then be available to
the 2nd and subsequent pages.
