Continually getting C++ runtime errors and word abnormally terminates.

I have been copying small amounnts of unformatted text from web pages -
non-IE browser.

This has worked for me for years until most recent word secuity update.

The only com add-ins are

MicrosoftWorks WordAddIn - Installed=yes
and
Web Page Wizard - Installed=no

the trouble shooting page says to uninstall the installed com add-ins and
rename the DLL. How do I determine the name/file of the DLL in question?
Uninstall gives me no info on how to determine which DLL to rename

If you're running Word freestanding (not starting it from the Works Task
Launcher), you would be well advised to uninstall the Microsoft Works Suite
Add-in for Word, which causes many problems in Word. Do this through Control
Panel | Add/Remove Programs.
