Word to Access Form Conversion?

Hello

Has anyone ever heard of a possibility, where a word document could be dropped into a form design view, i.e. with tables etc., then mapped to a table

I know one can drop it in as an object, but to conver the whole thing into a form? Has anyone toyed with this by chance
