Is it possible to update information put into a form in Word to automatically
update in Access?

Is it possible to update information put into a form in Word to automatically
update in Access?

Not automatically, no. It would require some non-trivial VBA programming. And
something (a user action or event in Word) would have to trigger the execution
of the code.
