Word to have a postcode macro for each country

Is it possible to have a macro that gives the ability (like predictive text)
to automatically insert the postcode after the suburb is typed. An option to
enable / disable this feature as well. Maybe it could be an update where you
select the country and it will install into work and become a new option in
settings or a radio button?
