word to html problem

I created a procedure in word that includes a text box and arrows pointing to
a object (application screen shot) but when I convert the word doc to html
the arrows and textbox are not in line (not pointing to specific area on
picture). Anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is?

You didn't mention the version of Word you're using, but you may want to group the graphic parts together as a single item or work
in a MS Office Drawing Canvas in Word.

Did you multi-select the items and Group them?
