word to table

I have word files with multiple choice questions of the following type:

1. Data can be either

a. Images
b. Numbers
c. Words
d. All of these

2. The word ‘Data’ is derived from

a. Latin
b. Contextual
c. DB
d. None of these
The correct answers are in bold. I want to import the questions into a
access table/ or excel sheet in the with fields/ columns as Ques,opt1
opt2, op3, opt4, ans. Can anyone suggest how can it be done.
