Word to Visio flow chart conversion

I'd like to know if there is an easy way to convert a Word flow chart into a
Visio 2003 flow chart.

There's a new addin appeared on Visio Toolbox. See this link for details:

Unfortunately, I think the addin requires 2007 SP1, but if it's a one off
you're welcome to send me the file and I'll see if I can convert it for you.
