Word Toolbar and Regcure

I'd appreciate assistance on the following, please.
I use MS XP Prof and MS Office 2003 Prof. I've also recently started using
RegCure to clean my PC's registry, but have found that every time I restart
my PC after using RegCure, my customised Word toolbars have been replaced by
different toolbars.
RegCure's support team have asked me to try Microsoft support to find out
which registry entries I should set RegCure to ignore. Is each PC different
regarding these registry entries? How do I go about correcting this problem?

This isn't the only registry tool that messes up Word's customisations.
(CCleaner in another example). However, there is little point in asking MS
here as this is a peer-to-peer Newsgroup and MS don't monitor this it.

If RegCure cannot research and test their own utility, I recommend that you
request a full refund. Alternatively, consultancy at £800 a day plus
expenses, the problem may be resolved for them.
