Word toolbars are lost.

Toolbars in Word 2000 are lost. I can't seem to figure it
out how they are lost. Few hours before, I was using
them, when I came back from lunch, they're not there
anymore. What happened? I don't know. I was trying to put
them back but to no avail. Help me please.
