Word Toolbars

I have lost my tool and menu bars at the top of my Word documents. There's
nothing but a blue bar at the top. I can do limited editing by right
clicking and going to font. However, I cannot save. I have to close a New
Microsoft Word Document and then rename it after it is closed. Has anyone
ever corrected this problem? Thanks
